1. Acceptance
By accessing or using My.Win, including the website at mywin.cloud, the mobile application, and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. The Platform
My.Win connects original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), food manufacturers, resellers, and vendors to manage the full lifecycle of installed industrial equipment. The platform includes:
- Installed-base management and equipment health visibility
- QR-code-based machine access for maintenance teams via the My.Win app
- Maintenance checklists and health checks
- Spare-part identification and request-for-quotation (RFQ) workflows
- Support requests and communication between parties
- myExpert AI, an AI assistant that answers questions from OEM-uploaded equipment documents (currently in Beta)
- Learning and training resources
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. Where changes are material, we will give reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
Using My.Win requires a registered account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at consult@mywin.cloud if you suspect unauthorised access.
Different user roles, including OEM, Food Manufacturer, Reseller, Vendor, and Individual, have different levels of access as defined by the platform. We may update these permissions as the product evolves.
4. Acceptable Use
When using My.Win, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system or other accounts
- Upload malicious code or content that disrupts the platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the platform source code
- Misrepresent your identity or organisation
- Use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract data without our written consent
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and files you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights and that you have the necessary permissions to upload it. Equipment documents uploaded to My.Win may be processed to power myExpert AI responses for that specific machine.
Files are stored on Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. By uploading content, you authorise us to store it there on your behalf.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights in the My.Win platform, software, design, and trademarks belong to My.Win Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name or logo without our prior written consent.
7. AI Features
My.Win includes myExpert AI, currently in Beta. It answers questions based only on documents the OEM has uploaded for a specific piece of equipment. It does not draw on external web data or third-party sources.
You acknowledge that:
- AI responses may contain errors and should not replace professional engineering, safety, or maintenance advice
- myExpert is only as accurate as the documents provided to it
- Features labelled Beta are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn at any time
- Queries are processed via OpenAI's API and are subject to their terms of service
8. Subscriptions
Some My.Win features require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms are set out in your subscription agreement or order form. We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate access to the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to pay applicable fees.
After termination, you may request an export of your content within 30 days. After that period, we may permanently delete your content from our systems.
10. Disclaimers
My.Win is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of equipment documentation, spare-part information, or AI-generated content, all of which is provided by OEMs and third-party users.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, My.Win Pte. Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
