myExpert AI now answers in any language at the machine

Operators can now ask questions in their own language and get answers grounded only in the OEM's own documents.


We have rolled out broader language support for myExpert AI. An operator scanning a machine's QR code can now ask a question in their own language and get an accurate answer in seconds.

Two things matter about how this works. First, the answer is matched to the operator's device, so there is no setting to find or toggle. Second, and more importantly, every answer is grounded strictly in the documents the OEM has uploaded for that machine. myExpert does not reach for third-party data or generic web content. It behaves like the OEM's best service engineer, available in every customer's pocket, and it only knows what the OEM has chosen to share.

This is part of a larger push to make support at the machine feel instant without ever loosening the OEM's control over what gets said.
